The Obliteration Room by Yayoi Kusama.

A large domestic environment constructed and meticulously painted white by Kusama wherein, over the course of two weeks, children were given thousands upon thousands of colorful stickers and invited to collaborate in the complete transformation of the space. (via Colossal)
